She received her Real Estate Degree nearly 18 years ago and has worked as a full-time residential realtor ever since. She is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), and LBR (Louisville Board of Realtors), and has GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designations.
As a life-long sales professional and native of Louisville, Kentucky, she brings years of experience, service & systems while educating her clients about today's ever-changing home real estate market. With her exquisite home design experience, Beth guides her sellers in presenting their home to achieve top sale price!
She also works with buyers, introducing them to trusted lenders, home inspectors, surveyors and title companies. Beth understands the changing market trends in Louisville and surrounding areas with extensive real estate experience in the East Louisville Area, Prospect and Oldham County. She serves her clients through established support systems, including other agents and top technology tools! She has received numerous high achievement awards including being a top producer for most of those years. However, Beth's most fulfilling accomplishment is pairing her clients with not just a house, but a place to call HOME! In addition to her real estate career, Beth is committed to her family and faith and enjoys playing with her grandchildren, biking, swimming, walking, gardening, and being outside in the sunshine!
